By accessing and using the Juris Mentis website or engaging Andy Benzo's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
Juris Mentis provides certified legal translation services between English and Spanish, keynote speaking and conference presentations, and consulting services related to AI, ethics, language, and law. All services are subject to a separate written engagement letter.

All translation projects require a signed engagement letter specifying scope, timeline, and fees. Payment terms are specified in the engagement letter; typically 50% deposit required. Certified translations are provided with an ATA certificate of accuracy.
5. Speaking Engagements
All speaking engagements require a signed speaker agreement. Cancellation within 30 days of the event date forfeits the deposit. Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the engaging organization unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juris Mentis and Andy Benzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
